Mr. Viraj Singal is a postgraduate from the prestigious H.R. College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai, India. He has completed his graduation in Financial Markets. Viraj was the Founding Chairperson of the Placement Cell at H.R. College where he engaged with more than 550 corporates over 3 years and spearheaded the Internship, Articleship and Final Placement drives. His exposure in starting the Placement Cell made him realise the huge gap between industry and academia and decided to scale up the same and carry the baton to help more students and institutions upskill and become industry ready. This gave birth to Board of Industry Academia Partnership (BIAP). He started helping Finance companies conduct investor education workshops and in a short span of 3 years conducted 2000 plus workshop across the country impacting lives of 2,50,000+ participants. He strongly believes financial education is the most powerful tool for self-empowerment and financial freedom. He was awarded by Dr. Indu shahani as HR Superstar (student of the year) in 2016 , Recently he was awarded as Young Entrepreneur by Higher Education Forum, India.

She is successfully running a training and learning solution company under its registered trademark ‘Board of Industry-Academia Partnership’ which is into training in the Finance Sector, Soft Skills and is trying to bridge the Industry-Academia Gap. She was invited to audit courses at University of California at Berkeley, USA. She is invited as a visiting faculty and guest speaker to various educational institutes.

Nisha Mukesh Punjabi: Mrs Nisha Mukesh Punjabi is a wife of renowned professor Late Shri Mukesh Hariram Punjabi. She was herself a computer teacher at M P Bhuta High School, Sion. Her love for education and impacting lives of people made her take up social work for the betterment of the society. She is an active social worker in women empowerment and improving the quality of teaching. She is wife of Late Shri Mukesh Hariram Punjabi a renowned Professor of Commerce and a member of the District Consumer Redressal Forum.

Yahvi Punjabi has completed her Masters in Human Resource Management with specialization in Training and Development from Leeds University Business School, one of the top B-Schools in the UK. She has also been a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) which is the world’s largest Chartered HR & Development Professional Body having presence in more than 120 countries. Before pursuing HR as a specialization, she has graduated in Bachelors in Mass Media with Advertising as her Major from R. D. National College, Mumbai. She has spent time in companies like Sahara Samay, Marks & Spencer and Beyond Advertising. She is a freelancing corporate trainer and successfully trained professionals and students in soft skills.
